Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and HyperBlocks SMP. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

The service

We operate a Minecraft multiplayer network and related websites and tools. Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Server rules

You must follow our in-game and community Rules and staff instructions. Breaking rules may result in warnings, kicks, bans, or loss of access without refund.

Accounts

Website accounts must use accurate information where required. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You may not share or sell access in ways that violate our rules or these Terms.

Store purchases

Paid products (ranks, cosmetics, keys, etc.) are sold through our official store and its payment partners. Purchases are subject to the store’s terms and refund policies. Chargebacks or abuse may result in revoked access.

User conduct

You agree not to harm the server, other players, or our infrastructure—including cheating, harassment, exploiting bugs for unfair gain, or attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

Intellectual property

HyperBlocks SMP branding, custom content, and site materials are protected. Do not use our name or assets in ways that imply endorsement or confuse players, except as allowed by law or with permission.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost data, interruptions, or indirect damages arising from your use of the server or site.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
