Extra Hearts
Extra Hearts let you grow past the usual ten-heart health bar on Survival — and stash spare hearts as items you can trade, store, or put back later. How high you can go (and how low you can pull your bar when you withdraw) depends on your rank.
What Are Extra Hearts?
Everyone starts with a normal 10-heart bar. As you earn or receive extras, you can:
- Wear them on your bar — more hearts means more health when you fight and explore.
- Keep them in your heart bank — extras you aren’t using right now, waiting to be applied.
- Pull them out as an Extra Heart item — a physical item you can keep in a chest, trade, or right-click to put back on yourself.
Think of it like a personal health upgrade that you can also bottle up and move around.
How Withdraw and Apply Work
When you withdraw, the server takes hearts you can spare and turns them into Extra Heart items:
- It uses hearts on your health bar first — but only down to your rank’s minimum. It will not strip you below that floor.
- If you still need more for the amount you asked for, it takes from your heart bank.
- If you don’t have enough spare hearts, the withdraw stops and you’ll get a clear message in chat.
When you apply (command or right-click an Extra Heart item), hearts go back onto your bar up to your rank’s maximum. Anything that won’t fit can stay banked for later.
Limits by Rank
Your rank sets two important numbers: how many hearts you can hold in total, and how low your bar can go when you withdraw. Newcomers stay at the standard 10 until Member. Full comparison: Ranks → Rank Comparison.

Tip: VIP and VIP+ can pull almost all the way down to a single heart on the bar — useful for banking extras or making Extra Heart items, but leave yourself enough health to stay safe.
Commands

/hearts apply <1–64> | Apply that many hearts from your bank to your bar (up to your max). |
You can also right-click an Extra Heart item in your hand to apply it to yourself. Same idea as /hearts apply, just from the item.

- Run
/heartsanytime you want a plain readout of where you stand. - Don’t withdraw down to one heart right before a fight or a hard adventure.
- Extra Heart items are great for trading extras with friends or storing upgrades in a chest.
